These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of autocomputing.host, its sign-in and dashboard sites, and the hosting services we provide (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Autocomputing Business Corporation, a Florida corporation ("Autocomputing," "we," "us"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Hosting Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you sign up for a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.
2. Your account
Give us accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by anyone you share access with, and for keeping your password and any two-factor device secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services, or allow others to use them, to:
- break any law, or host, send or link to unlawful material;
- host or distribute malware, phishing pages or other deceptive content;
- send unsolicited bulk email, or host sites advertised that way;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- host material that sexually exploits minors, or that threatens, harasses or incites violence against anyone;

We may remove content or suspend a site that violates this section. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem; we will act immediately where there is a risk to our systems, other customers or the public.
4. Your content
You keep all rights in the websites, email, files and data you place on the Services ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, copy, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Services. You are responsible for Your Content, for having the rights to use it, and for meeting any legal duties you owe to your own site visitors and customers.
5. Copyright complaints
If you believe material hosted on our Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to the address below with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3). We may remove or disable the material and notify the customer, and we terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
6. Our property
The Services, our software, websites and brand belong to Autocomputing or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights in them apart from the right to use the Services as described here.
7. Third-party services
The Services rely on and connect to services run by others, such as payment processing, domain registrars, DNS and content delivery networks, and the software you install on your hosting. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services at any time as described in the Hosting Service Agreement. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, do not pay, or if we are required to by law. The Hosting Service Agreement explains what happens to Your Content when service ends.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Autocomputing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Autocomputing against third-party claims, and related costs, arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or through your dashboard at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the change.
14. General
These Terms, the Hosting Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account without our written consent.
